Our support system is entirely email based as many of our instructions are detailed and may contain links to follow which are best provided to you in an email format so you may reference them in the future and there is no miscommunication.  You can either send an email to us directly at support@therenegadesystem.com or support@marketingmerge.com or use the "Submit a Ticket" link on our main support page to contact us so that we can respond to you in a timely manner.

We ask that you are very specific with your questions, and give us details of the problem you are having including any links or error messages so that we can be sure to be correct in our responses.  We also ask that you include your full name or any additional account information so that we can identify you in our system.
