Answer Here's a few scenarios as to how this happened:

1) You could have sent that person an invalid affiliate URL. If you sent them a misspelled affiliate URL, they would have still gotten to the Renegade Network Marketer website, but you would not have gotten credit. Make sure the affiliate URL that you are sending is in the following formate:

http://yoursubdomain.therenegadenetworkmarketer.com

2) That person might have misspelled the affiliate URL, even though you gave them the right URL.

3) That person might have searched for the Renegade on a search engine like Google. There are hundreds of affiliates advertising on search engines, and that person will likely not get to your affiliate URL by searching for it, and instead will end up purchasing under somebody else.

The only way to guarantee a that somebody comes under you and not somebody else is to send them your exact affiliate URL (or domain redirect) and make sure they use that. Make sure to tell them NOT to search for it.

Company policy states that we will not entertain requests by parents to have children moved under them. I'm sure you can understand that if we did, it would open up the floodgates for parents bickering over having particular children assigned to them. Because there is a monetary benefit to having children, we do not entertain such requests. If the particular child you are referring to considers this an issue, they must contact support staff directly at support@therenegadesystem.com. Please note: there are many circumstances where we cannot change a child's parent, even if the child is the one requesting. This is why we strongly recommend making extra effort to ensure you referrals get and use the right URLs connected to you.
